Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Required link under the California Consumer Privacy Act (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.135), even though Crew2FA does not sell or share personal information.

Our stance

Crew2FA does not sell or share your personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioural advertising or any other commercial purpose. The advertising that appears on our public pages (Google AdSense) is contextual only; we do not pass your email, account data, or any other first-party identifier to Google for personalisation.

Your opt-out right

California residents (and anyone else) may opt out of any future sale or sharing of their personal information by emailing admin@crew2fa.com from the address on your account with the subject line "CCPA opt-out". We will:

1. Acknowledge receipt within 10 business days.
2. Record your opt-out preference against your account.
3. Honor it for any future change in business practice (we have none planned).

Non-discrimination

We will not deny service, charge a different price, provide a lower-quality experience, or suggest any of the above as a consequence of your opt-out. This is required by Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.125.

Authorised agent

You may designate an authorised agent to make this request on your behalf. The agent must provide a signed authorisation and proof of your identity. We will verify the authorisation before acting.
