Report abuse

If you believe Crew2FA is being used to violate a third party's terms of service, to commit fraud, or otherwise abuse the platform, please report it.

What to include

  • The organization name or slug you saw the abuse in.
  • The email address of the offending account, if you know it.
  • A clear description of what happened and when.
  • Any links, screenshots, or other evidence (paste inline; do not attach files).

Where to send it

Email abuse@crew2fa.com. This address is monitored daily.

What happens next

  1. We acknowledge receipt within 2 business days.
  2. If the report is well-formed, we lock the offending organization pending investigation within 5 business days.
  3. If the report is well-founded, we terminate the offending organization and notify you.
  4. If the report is unfounded or incomplete, we close it with an explanation.

Legal process

Law-enforcement requests should be sent by email to abuse@crew2fa.com with a valid US legal instrument (subpoena, court order, or warrant) served on us in accordance with applicable law. We will not respond to requests from foreign authorities except via the US Department of Justice Mutual Legal Assistance Treaty process.

This service does not host user-generated content other than TOTP secrets. There is nothing to take down. If a copyright owner believes a TOTP secret in an organization infringes their terms of service, the appropriate remedy is revocation of the user's account with that service, not with us.
